The Service Centers return policy on Aqua-DOC is when the determination has been made by you the customer that this is the machine you want it can not be returned later and request a refund. If the product is defective it will be repaired under the manufacturers warranty and returned. The main reason for not accepting returned units is The Service Center will not sell a customer a returned unit as being a new machine. The manufacturers do not have a policy they will take back units customers purchased and did not like.
